RETURNS 

• Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. (must read our return policy for details)
• All jackets are made to order and manufactured after an order is placed; hence we do not refund/cancel orders after the production has started.

• Returns of custom orders are only permitted if the item does not match the customer's required personalized information.
