SHIPPING

• We send all of our products using UPS,SkyNet, FedEx, DHL, or USPS. The quickest shipping route is used to select the courier.
• Our customers will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking code to follow the order’s progress as soon as it ships.

RETURNS 

• Return requests must be made within 30 Days of delivery. (Must read our return policy for details.)
• All jackets are made to order and manufactured after an order is placed; hence we do not refund/cancel orders after the production has started.
• Please email sales@jacksuede.com with any questions about returns or product problems.
• Returns of custom orders are only permitted if the item does not match the customer's required personalized information.
