1. Acceptance of Terms

By using www.jacksuede.com or making a purchase, you agree to these legally binding terms. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately.

2. Order Process & Payments

Accepted Payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Square.
Currency: All prices in USD (exclusive of taxes/duties).
Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email within 24 hours. Contact sales@jacksuede.com if not received.
Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to cancel suspicious orders.

3. Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: Cancel within 12 hours of order placement.
Partial Refunds:
- 25% fee after 12 hours
- 35% fee after 3 days
- 40% fee after 5 days
- No cancellations after 7 days
Custom Orders: Non-refundable after 12 hours (materials purchased).

4. Shipping & Customs

Free Shipping: Orders over $138 (excludes customs/duties).
Delivery Times: Vary by location (see Shipping Policy).
Customs Fees: Buyer’s responsibility.

5. Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Window: Returns/exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, with tags
- Original packaging
- Proof of defect (if applicable)
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made products
- Items damaged by customer
Refunds: Processed within 10 business days (minus shipping costs).

6. Product Disclaimer

How can you Pay?

You may pay for the items you've bought without fear of security concerns thanks to digital payment methods like MasterCard, Visa, American Express,PayPal and Square. Orders are not accepted by Jacksuede via phone or any other method. The website displays prices in US dollars only, without taxes.

Our Procedure:

The order placement process is simple and easy to use. Our automated system emails the consumer a confirmation as soon as they make an order on the website. We ask that you get in touch with us right away if you do not receive this confirmation email within 24 hours of making the purchase. If you do not, our system might not have validated the transaction and processed it.

Cancellation of the Order:

Order cancelation requests will only be honored under the following circumstances:

If the product is cancelled after 12 hours, 25% of the purchase price will be subtracted.
If the buyer decides to cancel the product within three days of verification, 35% of the purchase price will be deducted.
There will be a 40% charge from the total amount if you cancel within five days.
There won't be any cancellations if a customer follows through after a week of confirmation.
However, in some extraordinary circumstances, 50% of the total amount paid will be subtracted if a buyer is allowed to cancel the items after a week of confirmation.

User Confidence:

All enrolled users should maintain the privacy of their accounts. Both registering as a user and using this website are prohibited for anybody under the age of eighteen.

Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after the allotted time.
Items that are exchanged may take 15 to 20 days to ship.
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and assessed.
Refunded money processing could take 30 business days.
The cost of shipping is not refundable.(IF PAID)
Customer-caused damage or worn goods will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
