Jacksuede Return & Exchange Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our products. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery under these conditions:

Eligible Returns Must:
✓ Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
✓ Include all tags and original packaging
✓ Have a verified defect or sizing error (if claiming one)

Non-Returnable Items:
✗ Custom-made or personalized jackets
✗ Items damaged after delivery (e.g., stains, alterations)
✗ Returns initiated after 30 days


How Returns Work

Step 1: Email sales@jacksuede.com within 30 days with:

Order number

Photos of the issue (if applicable)

Reason for return

Step 2: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with:

Return authorization (if approved)

Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship items back to our warehouse using the provided instructions.


Refunds & Exchanges

 Refunds:

Processed within 10 business days after we receive your return

Issued to your original payment method

Original shipping costs non-refundable (unless our error)

 Exchanges:

Size exchanges allowed within 48 hours of delivery

Customer covers return shipping unless our mistake

New item ships within 3-5 business days after approval


Important Notes

Color Variations:

Leather/fabric colors may differ slightly from website photos due to screen settings. Contact us within 48 hours if the variance is significant.

Damaged Items:

Report shipping damage within 48 hours with photos for replacement.

Custom Orders:

Cancel within 12 hours for full refund

After 12 hours: 25% cancellation fee (covers materials)


Order Cancellations

Full refund: Cancel within 12 hours

Partial refund:

25% fee if cancelled after 12 hours

35% fee after 3 days

No cancellations after 5 days
